1. Promoter
The promoter is WightFibre Ltd (“WightFibre”), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: WightFibre, Communications House, 56 Love Lane, Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO31 7EU

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Entrants must be current WightFibre customers with an active residential broadband account.
• Employees of WightFibre, its agents, contractors, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

• The promotion runs from 1at January 2026 to 31st December 2026 inclusive.
• Monthly, quarterly, and final draws will take place as outlined in Clause 6.

4. How to Enter
Automatic Entries

• Eligible customers will automatically receive one entry for each full month they have been an active WightFibre customer.
• The longer a customer has been with WightFibre, the more entries they will receive and the greater their chance of winning.

Example:

• A customer who joined in January will have 12 entries in the December £5,000 draw.
• A customer with 25 years of service will receive up to 300 entries in the December draw.

Bonus Entries

• Customers may earn additional entries by submitting stories, photos, or memories related to WightFibre to the Digital Time Capsule.
• Bonus entries are limited to 1 entry per customer per month.
• All submissions must be the entrant’s own work and must not infringe third-party rights.

No purchase beyond an active WightFibre subscription is required to enter.

5. Prizes
A total of £25,000 will be awarded across the promotion period:

Monthly Prize Draws

• £1,000 prize awarded each month. One winner per month.

Quarterly Prize Draws

• £2,000 prize awarded in March, June, August, and November. One winner per quarter.

End-of-Year Grand Prize Draw

• £5,000 prize awarded in December. One winner.

Prizes are paid by bank transfer or another method agreed with the winner. No cash alternative or prize substitution is available.

6. Draw Process

• All draws will be conducted at random using a fair and verifiable selection process.
• Eligible entries will roll over into subsequent draws unless the entrant wins a prize.
• Winners may only win one prize across the period of this competition.

7. Winner Notification & Announcement

• Winners will be notified via email and/or telephone within 7 days of the draw.
• Winners will also be announced via WightFibre’s social media channels.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, WightFibre reserves the right to redraw.

8. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to:

• Participate in reasonable publicity, including photographs and promotional content
• Allow WightFibre to use their name, image, and prize details across social media, website, and marketing materials

No additional compensation will be provided for publicity participation.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and WightFibre’s Privacy Policy.
• Data will be used solely for administering the promotion and related communications.

10. General

• WightFibre reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• WightFibre’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
• These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
