WightFibre receives the coveted ‘Service Mark with Distinction’ the highest level of accreditation awarded by the ICS and held by just 16 organisations in the UK at that time, this followed membership in 2018.
Recognition of the company’s commitment and rigor across all aspects of customer service and another example of WightFibre’s commitment to provide its customers the highest standards of customer service, further reflected in our ‘because we care’ ethos.
