Our long service awards recognise employees with five, ten and fifteen years’ service with WightFibre. With each receiving a trophy, vouchers up the value of £500, and up to 3-days additional leave annually.
The first awards in 2018 recognising fourteen employees, having over 160 years of accumulated service to the company between them.
The aim of this initiative to further expand the company’s existing rewards programme to specifically show appreciation to all of its employees who have demonstrated long-term commitment to their role within the company. A move that also confirms WightFibre as a great company to work for.
At WightFibre, we value loyalty, both from our customers and all our employees.
